We would like to introduce our Company as a leading subcontracting factory for the manufacturing and transformation of electro-welded steel items.

We have been operating in the carpentry field since 1968. Our goal of supplying our customers with high-quality products in the shortest terms has been always successfully fulfilled, thanks to our efficient organization. We are in fact capable of processing the complete production cycle inside our own factories, from the development of the technical study to the final painting.

The production cycle starts with the technical development of drawings, oxygen lance cutting, assembly, welding (special process certificate according to EN ISO 15614-1/EN ISO 15609-1 and welders EN 287-1), and finally testing of all our products.
Once the entire cycle has been completed, the products are treated using annealing cycledétente by bogey hearth furnace and a proper diagram certificate is provided. Therefore products will be subjected to blasting and painting primer treatment.

All mechanical processes are performed within our modern establishment that boasts a covered area of 3500 sq.m., where we can thanks to a recent rolling stock equipped with the most modern technologies, to satisfy every need of milling up to mm. 20.000 longitudinal cross travel, mm. 5.000 vertical travel and 120 ton. capacity and flat grinding with usable dimensions mm 12,500 longitudinal cross travel, mm 3000 cross transverse capacity, mm 2.800 vertical travel and 100 ton capacity.

Our products are tested in the air-conditioned measuring room with measuring machine Gantry CMM model Coord.3 MCT Plus 60.25.20 and/or Renishaw laser model ML-10 and the new LASER TRACKER FARO CAM2.
